Auction Guidelines
BIDDING:
Bidding will always begin on a Monday and end on a Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m.
Winning bidders will be notified via email. The winning bidder will have seven (7) days in which to respond to the email.
Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in the next highest bidder being declared the winner of the item.
Should the runner up bidder fail to respond, the item will go back on the auction block.
All winning bids are to be paid via PayPal.
PRICING:
Each item up for auction will have an opening bid amount, please place your bids in amounts OVER the opening bid amount. Bids made for the opening bid amount will not be considered.
CHARITIES:
Charities listed to receive funds from auction proceeds will be paid out via check, Paypal or other online payment methods to the specific charity.
The winning bidder will choose a charity from our list prior to bidding, and will be provided a receipt for those donations from the charity.
Payments to charities from A Circle of Hope will be advised that the donation is on behalf of: Name of Winning Bidder and that a receipt for the donation should be sent to the winning bidder.
